Cancellation Policy & Fees

The Treatment Room is an appointment-only based salon. Arriving late for scheduled appointments, late-cancellations, and skipped appointments have negative impacts on my small business.

Upon booking an appointment, I require a deposit; if pre-booking at your current appointment I require a card on file to hold your appointment. Once closer to that appointment, I will ask for a 50% deposit to be placed to hold your time with me.

Please call if you are going to be late to your scheduled appointment. If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled, and will be charged 100% of your service.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel after that time, your deposit will not be refunded and/or you will be charged 50% of your appointment. If you would like to reschedule, you will need to place another 50% deposit down at that time.

If you cancel within 24hrs or skip your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a ‘No-Show Fee’ of 100% of your scheduled service. If you would like to reschedule, you will need to place another 50% deposit down at that time.
